What's the difference between standard meal and protein packs?
Standard meals are meals that have a combination of protein and carbohydrates. Meals can be selected with different portion and combination. All vege are optional addons. Price depends on your meal selection.
Protein Packs are packs with only protein. No carbohydrates. Vege is optional addon. This selection is good if you only need protein to be prepped. Maybe you can make your own carbohydrates easily, or maybe you are on a low carb diet.
Are these delivered daily?
We will deliver them all at once. You will need to store them in the chiller or freezer to keep it fresh. If you need separate delivery for specific days, you can do that by making a separate order for each delivery.
When can I receive the delivery?
The quickest you can receive the delivery is the day after tomorrow. You can pick your preferred date and time slot for delivery at the checkout page. We will update you with tracking before attempted delivery.
How long can I store the meals?
We recommend 1-2 weeks in the normal chiller, or up to 6 months in the freezer. Please store the food in the chiller or freezer immediately once you have received the delivery. All meals are vacuum packed to preserve freshness.
How to reheat the meal?
You can either:
1) Reheat in the microwave. If the meal is frozen, make sure you thaw it first. Then reheat for about 3 minutes in the microwave.
2) Steam/Boil in hot water. Dip the packet in hot water for about 3-5 minutes.
