Our Products

Standard Meal

Standard meal is the combination of protein & carbohydrates. You may choose the combination that you’d like. This is the option you want to choose if you need both carbs and protein ready for you. 

We purposely don’t include vege with the meals because vege’s are best when it is fresh. Although vacuum pack does increase the freshness, but it is better if you can buy fresh vege’s every few days for the best quality. 

*If you need them, we also have that option. Vege is optional add-on with the meal pack.

Protein Packs

Protein packs is just protein only with no carbohydrates. This choice is best if you can buy/prepare your own carbohyrates. Also the choice if you’re planning on doing low carb diet and just need the right amount of protein for your diet.

The difference between Standard Meal and Protein Packs other than the PP has no carbs, it’s protein portion is double (than standard meal). There are also add-ons option if you need a bigger portion that the basic choice.

How much protein should you take?

If you’re doing resistance training and building muscle, your goal should be around 1.5g – 2.2g per bodyweight (in kg). For example, if you weigh 70kg, your daily protein goal should be around 105g – 154g.

Isn’t that a lot of protein? If you struggle to eat all that protein from solid food, you may want to convert some of it to liquid protein so you can consume if faster.
