  • Keep chilled at below 4°C (store up to 2 weeks).
  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below (store up to 3 months).
  • Store immediately in the freezer upon receiving.
  • Do not leave the product at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
  • For best quality and taste, consume within 3 months of the production date.

🔄 Thawing Instructions

Option 1: Refrigerator (Recommended)

  • Transfer meal from freezer to refrigerator.
  • Allow to thaw for 8–12 hours or overnight.

Option 2: Quick Thaw

  • Place the sealed pack in cold water for 30–60 minutes.
  • Do not use hot water.

🔥 Reheating Instructions

Microwave

  1. Remove or slightly open the packaging.
  2. Heat for 3–5 minutes (depending on microwave wattage).
  3. Stir halfway through heating if applicable.
  4. Ensure food is heated thoroughly before consumption.

Stovetop

  1. Transfer contents to a pan.
  2. Heat on medium heat for 5–8 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally until fully heated.

Hot Water Reheating (Recommended)

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer (approximately 80–90°C).
  2. Turn off the heat or maintain a very low simmer.
  3. Place the sealed meal pack into the hot water.
  4. Heat for:
    • 10–15 minutes if thawed.
    • 20–25 minutes if frozen.
  5. Carefully remove the pack, open, and serve.

Sous Vide Reheating (Best Quality)

  1. Set sous vide water bath to 75°C.
  2. Place the sealed meal pack into the water bath.
  3. Heat for:
    • 15–20 minutes if thawed.
    • 30–40 minutes if frozen.
  4. Remove from water bath, open, and serve immediately.
